The above is warranted (for the specified period of time) to be free from defects in product or workmanship, provided that it is not the result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, damage caused by others or caused by damage while in transit*. The warranty period shall commence the date PDL ships the original order.
In the case of a product failure during the warranty period, replacement components will be provided upon verification of the original order (provide customer name and job name/number). The original component will be required to be returned. The time, labor and other incidental costs associated with the replacement are not covered under this warranty.
*Freight claims are not considered part of the warranty process.
